Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Luke Fynn attended Miami University of Ohio from 1999-2003, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics. After relocating to Tampa, Florida, Luke Fynn found his legal calling and attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law in Fort Lauderdale from 2006-2009. Attorney Luke Fynn was selected as an arbitrator for the 2007-2008 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team for Nova Southeastern University Law School, held in Vienna, Austria.  

Upon graduation, attorney Fynn began litigating in south Florida. Real estate and condominium litigation laid his foundations and within a couple of years, attorney Fynn was managing a team of attorneys, and his own caseload, practicing creditor's rights and real estate litigation in record volume throughout the state of Florida. 

Several years later Luke Fynn sought to broaden his litigation background and began practicing in liability defense and workers compensation. Additional experience includes auto-negligence, personal injury, first-party property insurance claims and insurance defense matters. 

Luke Fynn continues to advocate for causes near to his heart, including wildlife conservation and responsible pet ownership advocacy. He participates with an elite group of veteran-based volunteers called the Swamp Apes, working to help our wounded wilderness. In south Florida, this currently includes a focused attention on the removal of the Burmese python and other invasive species of large reptiles. Led by the ever enthusiastic and motivated, Tom Rahill, the Swamp Apes continue to work closely with the Everglades National Park and the Florida State park services.
