Buying a home in Florida?  You're in luck because the Seller is going to cover the title insurance costs and pick the title company to do the closing.  It's smooth sailing for you throughout most of the state. But, if you're in Sarasota, Collier, Miami-Dade or Broward County, the Buyer is going to have to cover the title insurance and find the title/closing company if she wants to close on that dream house!
